Kari Hicks has a true calling for leadership and is passionate about serving with the amazing women that make make up Polished. She also serves in a leadership positions at State Farm Insurance in Richardson, TX holding many dynamic positions for over 13 years. Kari discovered Polished when her career brought her to North Dallas and she is honored and humbled to partner with authentic and inspiring women since 2016.
