Polished exists to gather young professional women to navigate career and explore faith together. Founded in 2008, Polished has reached 28,000+ young professional women with a gospel impression, and now close to 50 cities in the U.S. are eagerly waiting to launch a Polished chapter. As we gear up for massive expansion with plans to launch 20 Polished chapters by 2020, we are innovating infrastructure and tools for exponential growth.


All available positions are self-supported, meaning all candidates would be committed to raising financial support as a deputized fundraiser similar to missionaries. We will provide world-class support-raising training through our partners at CRU Ministries, which has helped thousands of self-supported staff raise support for over 50 years. Additionally, we will provide all the technology and backend tools needed to streamline updates to your donors.

Regional Coach
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Regional Coach will be responsible for the leadership oversight and program management for six Polished chapters: Austin, Dallas, Ft. Worth, Houston, North Dallas, and Southern Dallas. We are looking for someone with extraordinary people skills, ‘get-it’ mentality, the ability to relate to professional, career-focused women, and a zealous passion to build relationships with our highest-performing leaders. Responsibilities include actively engaging and energizing our Polished Chapter Directors with monthly conference calls, weekly prayer support, monthly follow-up after leadership team meetings, and a minimum of four site visits to each chapter throughout the year to ensure ongoing programmatic excellence and vision alignment. This is a full-time position based in Dallas that will require traveling to the 6 chapters. Co-working space will be provided at Communion Cooperative in Richardson, TX. Salary: $40,000

Communications Director
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Communications Director will provide support to the volunteer social media chairs in each chapter, send all organization-wide email communications and manage the Polished Podcast. This position requires an avid social media user of Instagram, Snapchat and Facebook who is eager to implement the newest and latest social media trends to further the Polished mission and growth of the organization while maintaining the voice of Polished and stewarding our message to our audience. The candidate must be technologically savvy as the position will require learning how to use platforms like Neon, MailChimp, Squarespace, Hootsuite, Canva, and Audacity. This is a full-time position but you can work from home and do not need to live in Dallas. Salary: $40,000

Virtual Office Manager

Reporting to the Executive Director & Director of Development & Operations, the Virtual Office Manager must enjoy the tasks associated with behind-the-scenes back-office support such as database management, website maintenance, and categorizing expenses. Ensuring ongoing programmatic excellence with data-driven evaluation, this candidate needs to enjoy detail-oriented tasks, meeting deadlines, and using technology to create efficiencies. This is a part-time position based in Dallas. Co-working space at Communion Cooperative is optional. Salary: $20,000
