Elise Graham Kennedy is an entrepreneur, startup veteran, and disability advocate based in Austin, TX. Elise has been featured on Buzzfeed, Crunchbase News, and Dow Jones Marketwatch, as well as Apple TV show Planet of the Apps, chosen by mentor Gwyneth Paltrow. She’s built and sold two technology companies, Olivia AI and Keet Health, as well as served on multiple nonprofit boards including the Michael J. Fox Foundation and Global Lyme Alliance, the largest Lyme non-profit in the world. 

She currently serves as the Founder and CEO of Honey & Vinegar, a clean cosmetics company dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable, non-toxic makeup to women everywhere.  

In her spare time, you can find her trying new coffee shops in Austin or watching The Office with her husband and dog.

Erin Mesick has more than 10 years of experience working in finance and her career has spanned investment banking, private equity and corporate finance.  She is currently the Head of Finance and Corporate Development at Opcity, a real estate technology company.  Prior to Opcity, she worked for healthy food retailer, Snap Kitchen, as Chief Financial Officer.  Prior to Snap Kitchen, she worked at one of the leading consumer-and retail-focused private equity funds, Catterton Partners (now known as L Catterton), in Greenwich, CT. 

She started her career as a financial analyst in investment banking in New York City at Lehman Brothers before the financial crisis in 2008 and switched firms to a boutique M&A firm called Sonenshine Partners not long after. 

Erin graduated summa cum laude from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. degree in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Accounting and a minor in Spanish.
