Ana Ince is a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor at Heritage Behavioral Health Consultants. Her focus as a psychotherapist is to guide clients of all ages and cultural and religious backgrounds through healing and restoration from anxiety and past, traumatic experiences.
Ana was raised in southeast Houston by Salvadoran American parents. She attended the University of Houston, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master of Education in Counseling. She developed her counseling experience at the Julianna Poor Memorial Counseling Center, the Houston OCD Program, and Heritage Behavioral Health Consultants.
Her motivation in counseling is to help clients recognize the person they were uniquely created to be and equip them to live out their life in the most intentional way.
When she is not practicing counseling, Ana is an active member of Sojourn Galleria Church and enjoys time with her husband exploring new cuisines, salsa dancing and appreciating the outdoors.
