POLISHED COLLABORATORIES

Peer-facilitated, faith-based leadership development for women who want to level up at work.

Real talk?

Christian women face unique obstacles at work.

And they need unique spaces in which to navigate them.

In reality, women don’t have access to the resources necessary to grow in their leadership. And work-related communities don’t typically consider the foundational lens of our faith, while faith communities are too frequently not an ideal environment for women to flourish in leadership.

Ambitious, Christ-centered women need a place to navigate obstacles, troubleshoot sticking points, and get grounded feedback to grow and reach their goals.

That’s why we created Polished Collaboratories.

For women who are committed to their faith and ambitious in their work.

For women who know that collaboration is the key to propelling leadership and professional development forward.

For Jesus-loving women ready to level up and tired of going at it alone.

This collaborative program will close the gap between sacred and secular, catapulting you toward growth.

What exactly is a Polished Collaboratory?

We're glad you asked.

In short, it’s a peer-driven, expert-led leadership group of working women who are committed to one another for a full year. Every month, groups meet for 2.5 hours, using that time to grow in their leadership on the foundation of their faith and strategically help one another navigate challenges and advance in their goals.

Collaboratories are for women who wish they had a place to hash through all the sticking points they encounter with work and want direct, specific feedback that they just aren't getting from podcasts, books, or even friends.

As a participant of a Polished Collaboratory, you will learn from the greatest leader of all time — Jesus. Each month, our expert facilitators lead the group through relevant training and transparent discussion, covering topics like Building a Strong Team, Taking Bold Action, Valuing Kingdom Equality, and The Transformational Power of Forgiveness. Then, the real magic happens when you have the opportunity to work through difficult situations you’re facing at work. We collaborate to help you find a way forward that honors your faith and hones your professional development.

By the end of the 12 months, you’ll not only have accelerated your leadership growth, but you’ll have built relationships with a diverse group of like-minded women – and all of that will go with you even after the program is complete.

If you’re the kind of person who is done spinning her wheels alone, then this is the program for you.

But want to know what we really do?

Close Gaps.

Between sacred and secular.

Between professional and relational.

Between potential and reality.

In order to close the gender gap, we will have to close a few other gaps. And we cannot do that alone.

We believe that women are actually bridge-building, gap-closing masters.

If there's one thing women know how to do, it's come together.

From women's Bible studies to prayer groups, book clubs, and charity events, women know how to gather authentically and purposefully.

But when it comes to our work, the gap is so great that we need (a lot of!) extra support and tools to gradually close that gap together.

That’s where Polished Collaboratories come in.

Because you don’t just need more friends, a bigger network, or another mentor.

What you really need is your own personal board of directors.

A table to call your own – surrounded by like-minded women committed to growing in their faith and work simultaneously.

A table of women who are committed to hashing out challenges and overcoming obstacles — all while encouraging one another in the faith they're bound together by.

While our Polished Chapter events are an incredible way to connect with women, many of us need more. We need a place to bring the real-time challenges we're facing and get the feedback, insight, and perspective of women who share our faith and ambition.

We must link arms and close the gap between sacred and secular, professional and relational, potential and reality.

And as part of a Polished Collaboratory, you can do just that.

 Who is the collaboratory for?

THE FAITH-ANCHORED

► The woman whose life is built on the foundation of faith in Jesus.

► The professional who wants to create a Kingdom impact.

► The woman whose faith is integral to her approach to work.

THE AMBITIOUS

► The woman who’s been told she’s overbearing, bossy, or too driven.

► The woman who’s ready to show up with vulnerability and share her experience with others.

"Each time it has been exactly what God wanted to use in that season of my life. And, this time that TIMING has felt urgent. I am often amazed how the material that we cover for that month, has applied at work and in my personal life. I have enjoyed being a part of a group of great leaders that have been very vulnerable and have shared so much knowledge and wisdom.

It has been worth the time, the financial investment and the very applicable teachings, so that I can be the bold, courageous, Holy Spirit lead leader not only in my workplace, but also in the community."

"God's care for the details of this process and providing me what I needed at each step of the way was such a sweet reminder of His mercy for us each and every day. I'm so thankful for the women in the Polished Collaboratory and the opportunity to walk with a community of believers as I am navigating different situations at work!"
