Lead with Communication with Grace Speese

April 10 | Noon-1 pm

The Meeting Place

“Communication is key.” We’ve all heard it said and likely all agree that it’s true! So then why is good communication so hard to figure out? What happens when you don’t communicate well as a leader? And what can happen when communication is effective?

There are so many good questions when it comes to communication in leadership and so many profound implications. What and how you communicate can determine the trajectory of your company, the shape of your organization, and the perceptions and feelings of your team and clients. It really is SO important!

As Christians, we know that the way in which we communicate is just as important as the content of what we communicate. Whether you’re drafting an email, preparing a presentation, leading a meeting, or talking with your boss, communication seeps into all facets of work.

Join us this month as we focus on leading with communication. Because leadership requires communication – and great leadership requires great communication. We may not figure it all out this month, but we’re determined to grow in this key area of leadership!
