Pam Goodwin is the founder and CEO of Goodwin Commercial based in Plano, TX, an award-winning boutique commercial real estate and consulting firm specializing in single tenant net leased properties.

She graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (yes, big Cornhusker football fan). She has written three books and is an Amazon bestselling author. Pam takes pride in giving back to the community by serving as Chair for the City of Lewisville Zoning Board of Adjustments.

Pam is a breast cancer conqueror and is on a mission to spread the word all women should get an annual 3D mammogram instead of the standard 2D mammogram. When she is not working, she enjoys traveling, staying fit, and spending time with her husband and two adult sons.
